Children and Youth Ministries

Given the stress levels of living in the 21st Century and the ever-changing world in which we live, kids today need the stability, friendships and fun that church offers. Our mission is to create a safe haven in which we share the love of God and explore the meaning of faith between friends and adult Christian role-models. We do not take this responsibility lightly. All staff and lay volunteers that work with Trinity’s children and youth have had mandatory “Child Protection” training, and undergo background checks.

At Trinity, we pledge to feed the spiritual soul of any young person who enters our doors, incorporating God’s Word as our highest priority. Sunday classes are held for toddlers through senior high students and includes a nursery for infants. “Sunday School” takes place on Zoom from 3-4pm for Middle and High Schoolers.

We introduce Jesus to children and youth in a fun, structured environment where children are encouraged to grow in Christ. Our classes are held in rooms that are clean and orderly, and we use age-appropriate Bible-based curricula (Whirl by Sparkhouse for elementary-age and Cokesbury Magazine with middle school-age) filled with activities, lessons, singing, questions and answers and interactive discussions. They discuss current events and sometimes view clips of movies to enhance the lesson.

To learn about all the different activities and classes, contact our Minister to Families, Rev. Caitlin White, by emailing her at or calling the church office at 386-734-4425.
